I bought a nose bidet when I saw it on Oprah Winfry with Doctor Oz. It was a little weird at first but my sinuses feel much better. Make sure you use the Neti Pot Salt or saline packets. They come with the bidet if you order a kit or you can purchase the saline packets separately from the pot.  I have also seen the salt refills sold in a jar. Don't use plain water though. You need salt water. I used plain warm water a couple times and it hurt. I later read that you should always use the saline solution.
